Summer Challenges

I have joined an array of summer challenges to drive myself to do better.  I'm sure I am in too many and I probably have forgotten some of them.  I did forget about a challenge I had joined in June.  Makes me then wonder, is it worth my time to join a challenge?

Challenges I've joined that require July participation:
Men's Health Fit For Life Summer Challenge
60-Day Challenge
Battle of the Sexes: Extreme Abs Challenge: 6,000
6 Week Eating Clean Challenge

Challenges I want to start for July:
No Cheats!  - Cheats can only be clean
Beef up the Baby Muscles - Arms, Abs, Legs

On top of challenges I have my regular goals:
Eat clean
Weigh 135
Body Fat = 12%
More inches off waist & thighs
Lift & firm bum bum
Workout 6 days per week
No alcohol

CAN I DO IT ALL?  Do I even remember what each challenge is intended for?  The rules?  The end dates?  I'm really not as organized as I thought I was.  Which reminds me... I ALSO signed up for a 30 day Master Organizational training with Chalene Johnson and how to blog/market/video/promote online with Sandi Krakowski.

I'm so far behind...

  1. HAHA...this is funny because you will see in the Chalene Johnson challenge, on like Day 29 or something, that the lesson is to FOCUS...meaning don't try to do too much, lol. The Chalene challenge alone is a lot to work on because it is LIFE-CHANGING as far as creating new habits and methods of working, but it is the most AMAZING thing and I am so so so soooooo happy that I did it. I definitely wish you the best of luck on everything you have going on!! Although, from one major-over-achiever to another, dividing those several challenges between June and July (instead of all June) would probably really help you out. That is a TON of work for anyone, but on top of that, the Chalene Johnson challenge honestly deserves your full attention because it will effect EVERY aspect of your life. ;)

Have fun, DO MORE! hehe! ;)
